This is getting out of hand. Now Terrance’s great grand kids are sabotaging our recording equipment. We came into the garage to record and found that the mixer only had one working input. Upon further inspection we had found cricket feces inside of the mixer along with several chewed wires and five corpses. We assume that it took more than one generation of them to do enough damage to the mixer. We cleaned the mixer of the corpses and as we did we noticed that there was so much hate left in the bodies that it ate through the board. We held a funeral for the mixer, it was lovely.
In episode 48 a conversation ensues about the FCC and net neutrality, again. Because we apparently live in a world where people actually believe large corporations. A man you have never heard of is the topic of the second segment. We discuss his political/religious views at great length. The video linked below should be watched first to get an idea of what we are talking about (only watch the first 15 minutes, unless you’re a sycophant and enjoy this kind of thing). Where have all of the automotive manuals gone? asks Aaron in the third segment.
You know that thing you did in the back of your car that one time? Yeah, that happened to us. We were arrested for failing to pay a court mandated hourly allowance to Terrance’s widow. She claims that we killed him. We claim it was the drinking and anger issues. Unfortunately that means that there will not be an episode this week because we spent a good portion of the weekend in cricket prison waiting to get released on bail. And yes the prison is exactly as small as you think it is. By the time this is over with paying the fee we will have been paying for six months, or 28 generations of Terrance’s progeny.
In episode 46 a discussion takes place on whether or not the Democrats winning elections and taking Republican seats is actually good for everybody. Sexual harassment and other weird sexual behavior in Hollywood is also on the topic list. In the next segment Tim wants to talk about Euthyphro’s dilemma and where your moral compass may have come from. In the last segment Aaron asks, “Why do people buy new cars every 3-5 years.” It’s because they are lazy that’s why.
In episode 45 we talk about the implications of what Papadopoulos may or may not have said to the feds with regard to the Russia investigation. In the next segment Pete wants to talk about “flow moments”. I think it has something to do with plumbing although I am not entirely sure. The last segment asks, “Do you become a better driver if you play auto racing games?” Thoughts?
In episode 44 we discuss the ruling that the FCC has made and how that affects companies like Sinclair Media. The next topic is sex robots, (think Futurama),are they bad or are they good that is the question. The last segment is about rotary engines and why they get so much hate.
In episode 43 we were invited to record at Griffs Brewery in Spencerport NY. We graciously obliged. Topic the first is about cellphone companies and what they are doing with your information and just how much information they access. Topic the second is beer because, well, we are at a brewery, what else would we talk about. Topic the third Aaron asks, “Why do people always think it was better back “then” when it pertains to cars and auto racing?”

We apologize for not having an episode this week. We took this weeks recording off due to a death in the family. We are sorry to say that Terrance the cricket has passed. When we came into the garage to start the recording we found his cold lifeless body by a microphone stand (probably trying to get the last word). We quickly decided to not record and instead held a funeral for Terrance. It was a nice funeral, Aaron said a few words about our fallen comrade, Brandon played the tiniest violin (I asked where he got it but he said he’s owned it so long he doesn’t remember, strange), Tim sat on his stool and looked pensive. Then we took him out back and buried him with a microphone by his side. Because that’s what he loved.
In episode 41 the Russia probe, and the fact that nobody has found anything, is the topic of the day. We talk about the Las Vegas shooter and that inevitably leads into a topic about guns. For the last topic we have a suggestion from our facebook page, have a listen and find out what it was.
In episode 40 we discuss why pardoning people before they are convicted is wrong. We’re looking at you Trump. In the next segment we talk about vegans and why their argument for not eating or wearing meat is silly. In the last segment Aaron asks, “Why do you think there are so few American Formula 1 drivers?” The answer may surprise you, tune in at 8:30 EST to find out why.
